If the product is in stock, our objective will always be to prepare and send the shipment as soon as possible, within a period of 2 working days.

It is imperative that the customer provides us with a complete Shipping Address in order to proceed. We are unable to send shipments to a PO Box.

Shipment by Postal Service :

Shipments will be made from the Canary Islands through Postal Service, with approximate transit times that vary between 7-15 working days depending on the destination.

Shipping costs will be established and informed when managing the order before check-out. Once delivered to the Post Office, we will notify you of the shipping number or tracking number for follow up.

Urgent shipment by Courier service.

When the client so requires, we can manage shipments by express Courier service from the Canary Islands, with approximate transit times between 3-7 working days depending on the destination. The shipping costs by Courier will be determined and advised when managing the order before check-out.

Once delivered to the Courier, we will notify you of the shipment number for tracking purposes.

Customs Clearance and/or VAT payment at destination:

The merchandise is sent from the Canary Islands (Spain) with door delivery arrangements paid. However, depending on the country of destination of the expedition and on its local Customs regulations applicable in each country, the receiver is responsible for any eventual payment of the Importation VAT - if any applicable-, and for any eventual Customs Clearance fee at destination to be able to receive the shipment.
