The website www.bypauladelgado.com consists of an internet portal where users are offered the latest trends in fashion from the designer Paula Sofie Delgado Ray (PAULA DELGADO) and the sale of her products. PAULA DELGADO is a page aimed at an audience that has reached the legal age in their country of residence. If you are not of legal age, you are not authorised to register on this page. The user will be responsible of both accessing this website, as well as the data and content collected from it, without PAULA DELGADO being liable for such uses.

Contract conditions
Below we detail the purchasing function as well as the contracting conditions of the products offered on our website. We advise you to read them carefully. We inform you PAULA DELGADO reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, prices, etc. without the need to notify users, however these changes will only affect purchases/contracts that are made after the modifications are made, in no case will they apply to purchases/contracts already completed.
While browsing the different sections, the user can add the products that interest them to their shopping bag and once the choice is made, they may formalize their purchase and choose their method of payment included on our page.
In compliance with the trade regulations applicable to our case, we go on to fully detail the contract conditions.
Product Information
All the products offered on our page offer a detailed explanation of their characteristics, such as available colors, sizes, materials used as well as images of the products. You can find two types of products: products in stock and products on demand.
The products in stock will be available in different colors and sizes until the stock is discontinued. PAULA DELGADO will try to keep their information updated whenever possible. In the event that you order a product that is out of stock, you will be informed via email and the amount paid will be refunded.
The prices of shipping costs within and outside of Spain can be consulted in the CONTACT section and will be added to the price once your order is finalized and before making the payment.
Likewise, the delivery times of the product will be indicated in the order confirmation email. Upon receipt, you will have 15 days to return it, prior sending a notification to PAULA DELGADO via email paula@bypauladelgado.com . Do not proceed to return any item without first contacting PAULA DELGADO to notify the situation and to obtain concrete information.
Swimwear or intimate garments cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. In the same way that the amount deposited as a “guarantee” related to special sales actions (#SeeNow #BookNow, Mid-Season Sale or Limited-time promotions), will not be refundable since their payment implies the immediate incorporation of the garment/s in production.
The product must be in perfect condition, with its original packaging and labelling. The amount will not be refunded if the product has been used. The product must be returned with all the accessories it was sent with.
The return must be made to the address that we will provide you by email. Once the status of the product has been verified, we will proceed to refund the price of the product as soon as possible.
If the item is returned due to product defects or an error made by the brand in size or product, the shipping costs will be the designers responsibility, in any other case the shipping costs will be the users responsibility as well as returning the item successfully.
The products made on demand will contain the information on available colours, materials and the request for the users measurements in order to produce the item efficiently, we ask that the measurements be carried out and entered correctly. Made-to-measure products cannot be returned due to the fact that they are not included in the withdrawal rights in the consumer legislation.
Also, in the product information you will be informed of the dates of completion and delivery times of the item. The discounted products or the offers that can be found on our website will be governed by the same contracting conditions unless other conditions are expressly provided.
Orders
The products will be sent to the address provided by the user. It will have to be a correct and complete address with street name. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Delivery times are those indicated in the product information depending on the Shipping Method required. On its reception please check the package carefully and reject it if it shows clear signs of having been opened or damaged. If this is the case, please make a remark on the Delivery Receipt so that a claim may be presented against the transport/courier company, and send us a copy of your claim or of the Delivery Receipt with the remarks made on delivery/reception.
